Configure Spreadsheet View Prints

You can set default print settings for spreadsheet view printouts. These settings are used for all spreadsheet view printouts, unless Group or Individual Chart print settings are set.

Note:  If required, you can add a print header, for example, a company logo, in the print output.

  1. Go to Settings > Default Settings
  2. Go to Spreadsheet View Settings
  3. Set the default manual print options as required:
      • Include table of values. Includes table of values on the printout.
      • Include messages. Includes messages on the printout.
      • End of batch print spreadsheet sample interval. Specify a spreadsheet sample interval for the end of batch prints.
  4. Specify a Default Spreadsheet History View:
    • Show entire group history (sample interval calculated): Tick this to display the complete group history of the chart
    • Specify time span (sample interval calculated): Tick this to specify time span
    • Select Sample Interval (time span calculated): Tick this to select sample interval
  5. Click on Save print/chart settings.
    The default print settings are now set. These settings are used for all spreadsheet view printouts, unless Group or Individual Chart print settings are set.
